Zakspeed will accept faulty goods back for credit or refund if such goods are returned within 30 days from purchase and such faults are not due to the abuse of such goods by the customer.

Faulty goods that are returned in the first year since purchase but fall outside of the 30day period can be returned for repair or may be replaced if a repair cannot be affected.
